The property is on the cusp of the downtown hotel district next to a transit center, which is great to get to the sporting events and other areas of downtown (free train) but crowded with folks waiting for buses, etc. Room was clean but furniture was not comfortable after a long day.

The studio set up was great and it was clearly newly renovated. However, the building was under construction and we weren't notified until late at night the day of our check in. Our eyes were red and itchy the entire time from all the dust that was everywhere, including what was stuck on the vents - which hadn't been cleaned. Getting an extension on our check out time was a hassle. The chat function in the app - our only means of communication kept giving me pre-fixed answers and not addressing the issue. It was frustrating!

We like the location and price of staying here. Both times we have stayed here we have had trouble with accessing our room when we arrived though.

Loved the location, right next to people mover- parking was not easy- they recommend a nearby lot but can be over crowded , no local walkable breakfast but I believe they were in process of opening one next door. There was usually a friendly staff member near front door. Great view of city ! Kitchenette was a bonus but they may wish to buy some newer pots/ pans as they were pretty beat up. Would definitely stay there again so overall good experience. One downfall was the 3 am fire alarm . I can’t do stairs and had to go down 9 flights of stairs . Everyone was unsure if it was a real fire alarm or not because it only went off once but there was no way to check with anyone at front desk and they had no way to communicate with guests ( no intercom or telephone service etc) . We all went down to find out it was due to workers next door working and not real.

Very disappointing!!! The property is located in a street where there were always characters slumbering just meters away. The experience was unnerving. The property was not well maintained. The room was spacious enough but not well presented. Some towels and sheets had stains on. The floor and surfaces were dusty. The rugs were thin and a tripping hazard. Walls were thin. We could hear flushing toilets from neighbouring rooms from time to time through the night.

It is an old building that has been refurbished, with squeaky floors, noisy elevators. However, once in the room, we Love the high ceiling and spacious room. Overall it was okay and worth the money paid. Right outside the property are some folks who look like they’re homeless, but they did not bother us. There’s a general store across the street beside the Westin and some restaurants that are within walking distance (5-15 min walk), and there is a free people mover station nearby as well.

I liked the location of the property but the immediate outside area is a little run down and could be perceived as a little sketchy. You are walking distance to almost everything. The room was a nice size. The lobby area needs a little TLC. But no issues and no drama. Would stay there again.
