The hotel is very well located. with good restaurants within walking distance, and other shops around. The room was clean. comfortable and with a coffee maker, and also coffee 24/7 at lobby. The lady who help us was very nice

This is the worst room i booked in Expedia; the room is not clear and all the facilities are very old. the pictures looks fine on the website but in reality, i was shocked when I walked into the room. the room is relatively big and it is good for the family.

Had some trouble getting the key to work for room. When we finally got into the room, the bathroom was rusty around the vent, the floor in the living area was dirty. Tried to order room service from the bar connected to the hotel, was denied service.
