Hi, glad you enjoyed your stay - sorry the bbq had no gas. The numbers for after hours are at the front door of reception, as the restaurant was open, I'm glad the kitchen could help you out. We did bring gas up for you immediately we were made aware byt the kitchen, and were replacing it as you returned. Gas should be checked by housekeeping prior to opening any tent - so we apologise for your inconvenience. We didn't have a request for any zip repairs during your stay but would immediately be able to replace any on request. I will request housekeeping to audit the refrigerators as I have no mantenance reports for any broken shelving - and we have spare items for anything requiring replacement.
