Amazing location on the esplanade - what a view! So beautiful having breakfast on the deck watching the water! Very friendly owners who loved our dalmatian.

The small table was faulty and I needed to put the legs back in place. The bed was uncomfortable.

We had a quiet, restful after a hectic day. The managers were very helpful in liaising with Expedia to sort out an apparent booking of 2 rooms instead of 1. Thanks to Expedia also for promptly forwarding a refund.

Very well presented as a B&B.
Owner is very accommodating. We just wished the boat they're selling is not in front of our room as it blocked our sea view. We booked this hoping to have a nice water view. The person staying next door is very rude too. The bathroom has a sliding door and every time we close the door, he would bang his wall. Even closing the shower door, he would still bang loudly! Tried to control the door, but even at a slightest noise of the door, he would bang the wall! So rude! Maybe the owner might have a look of this, too as we don't have control on these noises to the other room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Phillip Island Trip
Location is nice, across the road from the beach. Keep in mind this isn't a sandy type of beach. About 20mins from Phillip Island. We enjoyed our stay, room is quite small, very clean and contains everything you need from a B&B. Breakfast was lovely although not my taste. In general we enjoyed our stay.
