The lock on the bathroom door is very hard to work and quite frustrating. Also the alarm clock went off at 3.00am in the morning which was not a nice experience, maybe housekeeping should check people dont leave alarms set as we never expected that to happen. Other than that we would definately recommend.

Our apologies for the alarm clock - that is a "miss" from us, as it is something we do check for - but obviously we overlooked the alarm clock on this occasion - so our apologies once again. Thanks again for your review

Room was very dark and was disappointed to be charged $90 extra for our 2 year old to stay with my husband and I, including to pay for the use of a portacot. Portacot surcharge only revealed at check in - something we’ve never come across before and we’ve stayed at a number of places domestically and international.

Hi - thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and we note your concerns. We are waiting for the trees to be trimmed which will lighten the room considerably. The room cost was $155/night, based on 2 people, with a $15/night charge for your child. Hire of the portacot was $30 for the booking. Hope we can accommodate you again in the future.
