Friendly and welcoming B&B
Amazing few days at this lovely B&B. Such a friendly welcome which just continued throughout our stay. Felt like home from home. Clive makes a great cooked breakfast which we just couldn’t resist each morning. Thank you Kate and Clive for such a lovely stay we will be back

Quiet Paradise by Bath!
What a wonderful and peaceful place! First and foremost, the hosts, Kate and Clive, are just fabulous - the welcome was warm, the support/directions were awesome, and the breakfast... I am still in withdrawal after my delicious English breakfasts!!! Now, just imagine paradise - surrounded by trees - and a large prairie with lots of birds - chickens, ducks, and some sort of Emu (never seen these before) and they just meander - that is, after some morning crowing which is, of course, de rigueur! However, the nights are extremely quiet. Also, easy transportation to Bath by bus (2 pounds each way), with the stop within just a few minutes from the Cottage. Lovely place, fabulous stay! The bed was a bit soft, but OK for a few nights.

Kate and Clive were very welcoming - we had a nice stay in their log cabin. Very quiet, very peaceful. It was also really nice to be surrounded by farm animals - such a nice first introduction to animals for our baby!

What a wonderful stay! Kate and Clive are amazing hosts and their property is so peaceful and unique. You instantly relax as soon as you have unpacked. The full breakfast is absolutely delicious! Definitely our favorite stay in the UK.

A gem of a find!
Meadowbrook Cottage is a gem of a find and one I most definitely will be using again! The hosts (Kate and Clive) are so welcoming and can't do enough for their guests. I was fortunate to stay in the log cabin which was wonderous! The cabin was clean and comfortable with a lovely outside area where I could enjoy watching the animals and the river. There was a starter pack of basic foods that was left for me to enjoy which included fresh eggs from their hens. This was a very pleasant surprise and a lovely touch. I can't say enough of how much I enjoyed my time staying at Meadowbrook Cottage, it is my find of the year. I will see you very soon :)

Wonderful stau
Kate and Clive were very welcoming and we very much enjoyed our time at Meadowbrook. It was a very homely experience, we especially enjoyed seeing all the animals! We will definitely be back in the future.
