The whole hotel is neglected. I am sure at one time very nice property. Outside and inside poorly maintained. Sheets so wrinkly not sure if they were fresh ones. Toilet seat loose, sink cracked. Lobby bare. Breakfast pretty much non existent. Juice machine broken. Few slices bread English muffins cereal. Very few guests I’m sure some other rooms must be in better shape but this was ridiculous. Won’t be back

I booked this property for the hot tub (the first amenity listed under "popular amenities"). Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed me that there is no hot tub/spa tub. My guest and I were very disappointed.

This place is horrible. It’s dirty and neglected with mold in the bathroom, wall paper coming off, dirt on the walls, carpet is nasty, the safety latch on the door was broken.

The pictures on Expedia was very misleading. We got the there and the hotel did not look clean. We went to our room and it was very dirty. The carpet had stains all over it, the wood valance above the window was hanging down, wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the shower had water damage. I called front desk to ask for another room and he said they were all booked up. Later we ran into someone who checked in around the same time we did and just came in off the street and was given a newly remodeled room. If this is the kind of service we are going to get using Expedia, we will not use Expedia anymore.

Not only did I never check in and thengm was right in front of me when I was on the phone with Expedia he declined my refund and still charged my card because I refused to stay at a property full of mold. You could see it and smell it when you walked in. My cousin who was with me has sever asthma and couldnt breath as soon as we walked in. We ended up staying at the Corbin Inn which was 10000 times better and mold free.
