The house is lovely with an old world charm and very spacious. It is set up very well, the rooms are clean. The only drawback is sharing a bathroom and kitchen with other guests but that wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast provided is generous and great to have included. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at langley cottage. We met some lovely people while staying there. Everything you need is there. Very clean and tidy. Amazing finding out the history of the place also. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a place to stay

Langley Cottage is my go-to accommodation in Coonabarabran. It's a beautiful older home, gorgeously renovated, clean, spacious, well appointed, with great guest facilities. Beds are super comfy, AC works great, and the supplied breakfast is awesome. Gwyny is also a lovely host, very helpful and generous, nothing is too much trouble. The other staff are also very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Langley Cottage, it's like a home away from home. I've stayed a few times, both alone and also with my family, and it's always been a pleasure. My stays there are a highlight of my trips to Coona.

This is a beautiful old home, lovingly restored, well organised, quiet, comfortable and clean. Gwyny is a wonderful host, very generous and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble. Langley Cottage is hands down our favourite place to stay in Coonabarabran, it's a real treat to stay there, and we're looking forward to going back.

Quiet and comfortable.

Lovely little BnB on a quiet street. Our room (number 2, deluxe) faced the street and shared a common wall with the bathroom (for total of 4 rooms to share) but there was no disturbance. Good sized room. Very comfortable and clean beds. Reasonable provisions for breakfast.
