Run down and old. Tiny rooms, thin walls ( we could hear the toilet flush in the room next to us. Stained carpet and mould in shower. The towels were torn and stained albeit clean, they were well pass their life span. No one at the desk after 9 pm so if you need help with something in your room you are out of luck. When the staff are there they are pleasant and friendly. The conditions of the hotel doesn’t reflect on them. We won’t stay here again.

Good hotel for short stay
Arrived at 10pm, the concierge waited for me to check in. Efficient and friendly check in and as he had to go ( no employee left during the night) he went to the Italian restaurant next door to inform them I will come and have dinner. Huge room , bathroom a bit updated but clean, quite ( not sure about the rooms which are facing the main road ) Very good for 1 night stay .

Trotz geschlossener Rezeption auch mitten in der Nacht Handykontakt zur Problemlösung möglich; sehr gut. Nachts in der Dunkelheit und unbekannter Umgebung Tiefgarage (Parkplatz) schwierig zu erkennen.

Alles ok, insbesondere für Kurzzeizgäste. Ein Problem sind die Parkmöglichkeiten bei der Anreise / für den Check-in. Aufgrund der Lage (stark befahrene Straße, Lage im Kurvenbereich) ist das ungünstig). Für Navi-Systeme sollte evtl. auf die Wichtigkeit der Postleitzahl hingewiesen werden, sonst kann es passieren, dass man zunächst nach Köln-Ostheim geführt wird. Wir würden wiederkommen

Solides Hotel. Einzelzimmer überschaubare Größe, reicht aber absolut aus. Einfahrt in die Garage ein Abenteuer. Garage nicht direkt erkennbar. Bei der Anreise sollte man die Adresse über die PLZ ins Navi eingeben, sonst steht man ca. 15 km entfernt vor fremden Türen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Adresse ist irreführend wenn man nach Navi fährt. Offenbar gibt es die Anschrift 2 mal. Ich bin erst mit Hilfe des Empfangspersonals nach Telefonat angekommen. Mit dem Hotel war ich sehr zufrieden.
