The property was lovely with great views and good privacy. However, it wasn't very clean. There were dirty marks where things had been spilt on walls, cupboards, the bin and doors. One of the sheets had a dirty mark on it and the bath mat had a dirty footprint on it, as though it had not been washed. It made me wonder if any linen in the room had been washed at all.

The reception was very poor - we were given keys no directions provided to get to the cabin and the cabin numbers were not visible from following the directions on the signs. There is no bedroom door to the main room , the toilet was leaking at the base, the fly screens were all falling apart, the lounge is worn and tattered, there was a cigarette butt and chewing gum on the balcony, the washing up liquid is like water - all in all a very disappointing experience

Resort is a little far fetched for this property - if you want resort style accomodation then pay the extra & stay elsewhere nearby. Overall condition of the property is old, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as well - smear marks on bedroom walls, light fittings full of bugs, mould around window frames, lamps missing light fittings, smear marks on windows, small cockroaches running around. We had to wash the cutlery plates etc before we could use them. We had a garage included as well as a spa - garage had been claimed by someone else, and the spa wasn’t functional at all - tried turning it on and it flooded the entire bathroom! Couldn’t say anything as “resort” was full for the weekend, so we wouldn’t have been able to move rooms nor did we wish it to cause problems with the people we were next door to. Rooms are connected, so you can hear everything from your neighbouring rooms - we had no sleep the 2 nights we stayed due to the people next door stomping through their room, TV blaring, cigarette smoke wafting through into our room. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool. Reception was closed upon check in & check out & im still yet to see any staff on site for the 2 days we were here, tried to call the office number and it just rang out. For the price we paid, I expected more. The website is very deceiving and the fact we couldn’t use the Amenities we paid for is even more disappointing.

The pool was great. The cabin was spacious for a family. Could have been cleaner, and we didnt see any managers at all during our stay, not even at reception. Everything in the cabin was quite old and outdated, king bed very uncomfortable and austar channels were unavailable. Price was good. Location good aswell.

Has potential to be a nice place. No one answered the phone or was at reception at check in time. And there was no instructions on check out what to do with the key. Room had towels from previous guests on the floor, cutlery was dirty. Room was right on the highway so it was very noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again
