The place was filthy! Cockroaches everywhere, a funny smell i couldnt figure out what it was until i took the bin bag out to find a mouldy maccas burger stuck to the bottom of the bin. I had to clean the bath before i could put my children in it. Overall, for the money i paid to stay here im beyond disappointed, will definitely not recommend to enemys let alone friends

Was a nice room in a beautiful spot Unfortunately the door to the balcony wouldn’t shut so had to listen to compression braking all night

A chicken bone was on the balcony at the front door along with bird poo, rubbish, dirty table and wobbly railings. The curtains hanging down off the hooks on front glass sliding door. Dirty floors inside with cobwebs under table and shelves. Obviously most rooms are being rented out on a permanent basic as on the same balcony there was about 20 pairs of shoes along with other crapp. With paper thin walls you can here every sound in the next room. After inspecting the room we returned the keys to reception and she apologised and said she would email us so we could get a refund. Still waiting to hear back for the money to be returned. The place looks run down and nothing like in the photos on the booking sights. The restaurant is closed.

The room that we were in was very noisy. Needs some kind of barrier between it and the highway. Lack of communication was very sad. Didn’t explore any facilities there because we didn’t have a map of the grounds to know where everything was. We arrived to only a small amount of toilet paper so had to go back to town to get some.

Pool was great. Spa was little cold. Didn't realize tennis courts were miniature. Games in games room didn't work even though put money in. Rooms clean, needed few more cooking things like something to put in oven. Did smell of cigarettes "Starter pack" of essentials like toilet paper was so meager we ran out the night we checked in
