This is my 3rd stay and I’ll probably be back! First …. the staff is great!! But the hotel is not in the best shape. We’ve had toilet issues twice and had to switch rooms the last stay. Fixtures and carpet are old and worn in the room. Beds are comfy and you can’t beat the location …. everything in walking distance! It’s a no frills kinda place with a friendly and attentive staff!

Disgusting and filthy. Main lobby was dirty old worn furniture. Carpet was so threadbare it had long rips. Worst part was my brother in law went in the lobby bathroom. One stall had feces on the floor, walls and commode. Another was taped shut and out of order and the third was full of stool and paper and would not flush. We brought this issue to the desk staff and over an hour later it had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk again. The third time we reported this issue we were told the housekeeper was “busy” Upon entering garage was filthy and the elevator was broken which required you to carry your luggage down a nasty stairway. The main entry had trash overflowing in the outside can, area was nasty and doors and window look like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The hallway carpets had huge stains. This hotel is in need of refurbishing and a staff that is attentive.

This hotel is dated. It really needs to be updated. The tube was clean but it looked pretty bad. It looks like there were anti slip strips were put done. And now they are worn out or halp missing.

When we checked in there was a dirty tissue on the floor. When we went to bed we noticed the toilet sounding like it was flushing about every thirty minutes. It was very loud and woke us up many times. We told the front desk and when we followed up later they just moved our room to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. The new room wasn’t better, the toilet overflowed when used in the middle of the night. When we told the front desk no discount was offered. A hotel room should include a working restroom. The elevator in the garage was broken and several stalls in each lobby restroom were out of order. The staff was cert nice and friendly however the hotel is in need of much plumbing work. We will not stay here again.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels at this price that I’ve ever stayed in. From the start, the parking garage was littered with trash and other debris and elevators weren’t working. The front desk staff was truly apathetic and did not offer us the cookies that others in our party were offered. Everytime we left or entered the hotel the front desk staff was on their phones and did not greet us. We would get a “hey” with no eye contact if we were lucky. The hallways were filthy. We stayed two nights and there was trash outside the rooms that was there the entire time. I never saw a cleaning staff member. There were large stains on the carpet outside the elevators. There was actual poop smeared in the men’s room in the lobby. Front desk staff said they would take care of it, but did not. The shuttle driver only answered some of the people in our party when we called for a ride. They refunded the $30 per night parking when they complained. The desk in our room seemed about ready to collapse. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to sleep well. It was conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from the rock and roll hall of fame and other downtown attractions like jack casino and rocket arena. I would probably choose a different hotel for our next stay.

The hotel overall is rundown and needs to be renovated. The entry is filthy outside with overflowing trash, dirty widows and doors. The lobby furniture is wore out and dirty. The carpet in the lobby is so threadbare it has rips and is dirty. The hallway carpets have huge stains. The front desk staff were not responsive when we repeatedly reported the lobby men’s room had feces smeared on the toilet, floor and walls in one stall, another was out of order. After reporting this my brother went in an hour and a half later and it was not cleaned. He went the front desk and was told the housekeeper was “busy”. He went in again hours later and someone had somewhat cleaned the mess but now very well.
