Ferienwohnung Auszeit

Our beautiful holiday rental, (R)Auszeit, is located in the small Upper Harz mountain village of Wildemann. It enjoys an idyllic setting, right next to the forest and meadows. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. We lovingly renovated, modernised, and refurnished it in 2020.
The holiday rental is on the ground floor. In addition to three individually designed bedrooms, it offers two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet.
From the open-concept dining and kitchen area, you can enjoy a direct view of the Upper Harz mountain meadows. The kitchen-dining area and living room open onto the east-facing balcony—ideal for a cosy breakfast in the sun with a view of the blooming garden and the mountain meadows.
If you’d also like to enjoy dinner on the balcony in the evening sun, that’s no problem either, as the west-facing balcony catches the rays of the setting sun.
You can spend cosy evenings in the open-concept living room. There are two comfortable seating areas here. One features a TV in the lower section, and the wooden staircase leads up to the attic room.
There you’ll find another seating area where both adults and children can relax.

The 120 m² (1,270 sq ft) holiday rental (R)Auszeit in the beautiful Upper Harz village of Wildemann is located on the ground floor.
Two cosy living rooms invite you to linger, where nothing stands in the way of a game night or a TV night. Cosy living rooms.
The three bedrooms are all equipped with a large double bed and a closet.
Of course, there’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.



You don’t need to bring your own bed linens or towels—they’re included in the price.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
