About this property

Cotswold water park, Hoburne cotswolds luxury lodge.

Major leisure upgrades at Hoburne have now been completed. The new 'woodland adventure' soft play area and swimming complex have reopened and full facilities are available again.

The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. See Hoburne's website for details on pools, bars, Gym, Sauna, boating lake, Kids entertainment program and shows etc. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great.
The lodge itself is modern and well looked after and makes a great centre for family holidays in the Cotswolds. Also the more active types, who want to take advantage of the great facilities available in the Cotswolds Water park on your doorstep. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms one with a bath and shower over, and the other has a shower cubicle. We do not allow pets.

Some of the facilities at the Hoburne park require passes: The Cost of the leisure passes are now included
as part of the cleaning price. The passes have to be set up a minimum of 48 hrs in advance of your arrival and i have to register your details, otherwise they will charge you daily rates in addition to use the facilities.

The pass will give you unlimited access to the heated indoor and outdoor pools which are clean and well-maintained, adventure playgrounds, indoor soft play, kids entertainment, number of bars and eating places and evening entertainment. There is also a children's club for little ones, if needed.

Lovely, clean and comfortable property with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Position on the park is good; just a few minutes walk to the main centre. Not a brilliant amount to do at the park itself, but a great base to explore the Cotswold's from. Communication from the host was excellent from the point we booked it to the day we left.

Overall the property was very comfortable and in a nice position. The handbook could do with updating, also couldn't get in to the lock box outside as key didn't work. A parasol would be handy as it was very hot and sunny when we were there.

A relaxing break with lots to entertain the kids

We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area.

Lovely well equipped lodge with plenty of room for the four adults that stayed. Quiet on site, probably due to time of year but that was preferred. Weather was good and location excellent for visiting Cotswold villages.

We had a lovely short break at the property which was perfect for us as a base to enjoy the surrounding lakes and activities. A very comfy pad to collapse back into after a day on the water or cycle paths. Inclusive access to Hoburne facilities within the park added hugely. Would happily stay again.

Fantastic accomodation, very helpful host

This was a really lovely place to stay and we will definitely be returning. The host was communicative and each to reach. The property itself was in a quiet part of the camp and was gorgeous, really spacious, modern and clean. Some very minor quibbles (a blocked shower drain; no basic cooking/tea and coffee supplies - teabags, salt and pepper, etc) didn't majorly detract from our stay at all. The location was lovely, and indoor pool was fantastic with our baby. Thanks!

Beautiful lodge

We couldn’t have asked for more from our long weekend at this beautiful lodge. Location was excellent with plenty of green space around the lodge and neighbours not too close. Everything we needed was provided for us and the layout was perfect. Lovely main bedroom with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom, twin with good sized beds suitable for adults and this as well had a bathroom. Our weekend had glorious sunshine so we made full use of the on-site leisure facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely to relax in, and not busy at all. The families with young children seemed to prefer the indoor pool which had slides and fountains. We ate in the restaurant on one night which was lovely and on the other two nights we made use of the bar snacks which were brought outside for us. We ate on the terrace next to the pool and lake, it felt like we were abroad! All in all a most enjoyable stay! Definitely worth a 5star rating and we will definitely return.

Short stay

We had a lovely short stay in the lodge with our two children. The lodge itself is spacious and clean and is situated on a quiet park with plenty to do for the kids. It had everything we need to eat both in and out of the lodge and everything was where we expected it to be. Communication was good from booking with clear instructions provided on how to find the lodge within the park and check in/check out instructions. The park itself had good evening entertainment for the children a decent swimming pool with slide and play areas. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the Cotswolds in the future.

Nice stay, great accommodation in quiet location, ideally situated for days out

Great stay, accommodation perfect. Only problem we found was we enquired about the hot tub that comes up on the listing, I did ask Andy about a hot tub, he replied that there was not one at the property, however there was one in the leisure facilities, not really a hot tub though, just a Luke warm tub with no jets.
