I was staying at this hotel one night to go to the Cincinnati Bengal game to see my Hometown Detroit Lions. And that is the only positive thing. I could say about this hotel. Is that the location to go to the downtown area? And the stadium was great, but besides that, this hotel is horrible poor staff. Ice machines on floors that are broken dirty room. Old furniture ,do not stay here. They need to remove the pictures off the website because it's very deceiving.

The staff was very, very nice and professional and our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would advise is that it’s in a secluded area and not walkable to downtown attractions. Was in a sketchy part of town.

It was a dump. When the check in desk was behind plexiglass, that was a dead giveaway! It had a stench of bleach. The ice machine was broken. The elevator needed a makeover. Definitely didn’t resemble the image on the website. Never will return.

One Night Business Stay

The outside could use a bit of a powerwash - especially in the garage, but maybe that's just me. Rooms were actually very nice and the lobby was also okay. Bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a um.. skid mark on the bottom underneath my toilet? The place looked clean but that made me feel.. dirty. Probably wouldn't stay here for any longer than one night, but $100 incidental for that was kinda bogus.

This place has potential. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They are trying their best. Our room did not have bed bugs which is a win. The toilet in our room did stop working and the door wouldn't lock when we first arrived. They fixed the door thankfully but the toilet issue was not great. The hotel just needs some sprucing up.

The entire staff was very nice, the front desk people and the lady taking care of breakfast was hustling to keep everything stocked as the place was packed! The hotel seems a little dated, the rooms and hallways and lobby were kind of worn. It was common to smell like it had been populated by smokers once upon a time despite the nonsmoking facility signs and threats of charges. We came right down to met the front desk know my daughter’s room smelled of smoke. They apologized, promised they’d would be no charges to us for that, and went and sprayed her room to help with the smell, so that was nice.

The whole hotel could use a face life. Hasnt been touched up in decades. The walls were dirty, water stains, water bubbles behind the paint. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. Some buttons were missing in the elevator. Coffee machine was limited on the hours of operations.

This is the worst hotel that we have stayed in for years. We traveled with our adult children & grandson. The pool was filthy with no chairs around it. I don't have any idea if it was even functional. There were no working ice makers in the hotel. We rented 3 rooms. Room 1 had a non-functioning door handle, and the toilet quit working the morning we left. Room 2 had a toilet that ran constantly, and the door wouldn't shut hardly at all. The road noise is significant. The rooms were not clean, but the lobby looked better. The windows appeared to have been last washed 10 years ago. For over $200 a room, this was a massive rip-off. The staff was good to retrieve a book that my daughter left. This is not in a great area, but you could overlook that if the property was better. We will definitely take Quality Inns off the possible list of hotels in the future.
