Very nice property and accommodation was as described, however as we were intending to stay for bed breakfast and an evening meal we were very disappointed to find the restaurant was closed with no reason given and had to go out and find somewhere

We provide a bar snack menu from 11am-8pm nightly which should have been found in the compendium in your room. I trust you found something adequate on exploring Christchurch City nevertheless. I was really disappointed that the room was nothing like the ones shown on the website for that type of room. I had thought there was a bath. Bathroom had no where to put toilet bags.

As charming inside as out. Each room is different. No probs with traffic noise. Heat pumps in most rooms. Very good value for money, especially for Chch.

Elia's Manor was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and a good sized bath. The manager Peter cooked a great breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to friends and family.
