An absolute little gem of a getaway. Staying on an farm with beautiful views of the dam. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortably. It had a remarkable way of making you feel like you were back in the 19th century but wil all the luxuries on the 21st century. The only negative I have to say is that we only booked for two nights and would next time book a few more nights on top. Byron was a quick drive but we preferred driving the 15-20min to Lennox instead. A much more beautiful coastal town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First of all, the moment I stepped in our cottage I knew I would love the place. It didnt fail. Me and my partner we’re looking for a place close to nature and this is exactly the place we were looking for. From the lake, canoeing, farm animals and summit lookout it was excellent. It doesnt stop there, everything you need in your cottage is all there. Privacy is there, the length of drive to go to the the cbd is short. Make sure you do the summit lookout. Lovely Angela was warm and welcoming. She made sure we enjoyed our stay, and to be honest because of that we actually extended our stay for another day. Love this place! Next time me and my partner comes back, we will probably have our lil bub with us 😜

Perfect relax

We had an amazing time on the farm. Cabin had all we needed. Loved the cows, chickens and bird life. We wish we had more time to stay. We are certainly going back.

Great farm Experience

Great and we'll equipped cabins on farm setting. Plenty to do with paddling on Lake, bush walks, cows, horses, collect eggs for breakfast. Beautiful sunset and country vista's. Close enough to Byron Bay for a day trip. Wenter as a couple, but would be perfect for family with kids.

Lovely farmstay

Pros: We liked the provision of plunger coffee rather than the usual sachets, and I personally appreciated the books that were available to read - I read 2!
Cons: A lounger or 2 on the front deck would be nice - we spent a lot of time out there sitting at the table looking over the view.
Location: 5 minute drive to Byron Bay and all of its attractions and beaches. Close to the Crystal Castle and the Macadamia Castle.
We really enjoyed our stay, relaxing in a pretty environment with friendly farm animals and a lovely view of the damn. A cute cabin with nice amenities.

Pros: Great farm experience. Beautiful scenery, got to muster cows, feed and groom horses, feed chickens. My daughter tried fishing in for the 1st time!
Cons: No all good!
Location: Local farms to visit, Cape Byron historic light house, Byron Bay beach, Lenox Head beach was lovely!
Ivan and Ange are so lovely, very accommodating and great with kids. Our family had a truely memorable stay and really enjoyed the farm experience. Great place for young children to explore farm life! Highly recommended!

Great spot, very relaxing and just what we needed.

Location: Really close to Byron (5-10 mins drive) but far enough to be away from the noise and bustle.
We were greeted on arrival by Ivan, the owner who gave us an overview of the property. It's a stunning location, so lots of walks and exploring for our kids aged 7 and twins aged 5. Pretty much just hung out at the property, only going out for food at night and breakie. Very relaxing and great location. Will be coming back.

Comfortable and fun

The accommodation is basic but very comfortable and it's more about the farm stay than luxuries. We had a nice time away from the city relaxing and wandering about the farm. Easy and pretty drive to Byron Bay, Bangalow and surrounding areas.
