Pésima atención de la recepción
Pésimo atencion de la recepcionista. Llegamos con temperaturas altísimas, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación 615 y la única solución que me brindo fue el ofrecimiento de un ventilador mientras esperábamos que lo repararan acotando que no disponía de ninguna otra habitación para cambiarnos. Muy mal educada y descortés. A los cuarenta minutos se acercaron dos mucamas para cambiarnos de habitación por otra que si tenía el aire funcionando como correspondía. Fueron muy amables, educadas, solidarizandose por la situación agobiante que vivíamos. Agradezco su intervención. Quisiera dejar mensión que el colchón de la habitación matrimonial de la habitación 604 se encuentran hundido por lo que sería conveniente su recambio. Que el estacionamiento no contaba con lugar y nos costó una hora encontrar uno disponible. En resumidas cuentas una muy mala experiencia

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación.
Llegue a el, aún fuera de temporada y con muy pocos huéspedes, la atención en general fue muy buena. Solo, dado lo abultado de el costo de la estadía, y acostumbrado como estoy a viajar constantemente por el exterior, es normal en esa categoría, disponer de una suite con dos ambientes y al menos frigobar. (En realidad un pequeño frigobar fue colocado ante nuestro pedido. La realidad es que estas cosas son moneda corriente en hoteles de similar categoría....)

Demasiado caro para el tipo de habitación, sin frigobar y muy chica. El desayuno de buena colaboracion delas camareras pero las instalaciones no daban abasto. Los juegos de salon en malas condicines. Ni siquiera por el precio estaba incluida la cochera

En cuanto entramos al hotel me pareció acogedor,una buena ubicación.Sinembargo,los empleados que nos atendieron no nos indicaron las cualidades del hotel y todos los servicios que podíamos obtener en los cuatro cortos días de estancia.Elemental ya que no contábamos con el tiempo para hacer las averiguaciones por nuestros medios!!parte del recibimiento del hotel es informar horarios de desayuno,servicios de toallas,ubicación de los lugares de esparcimiento etc etc...funcionamiento de caja fuerte..la habitación tenía varios ítems que estaban rotos: puertas de los placeres y wifi el cual nunca funciono !!no creo que este hotel merezca las cuatro estrellas que tiene y no esta acorde a lo que se nos cobro por demás una tarifa carísima por lo que se nos ofreció!!!

Esta bueno aunque no es 4*
En realidad cuando uno selecciona un hotel 4/5 estrella busca excelencia. La atención del personal impecable, pero fuera de temporada el restaurant no funciona, no tiene roomservice, la habitacion no tiene frigobar ni microondas. Contratamos una habitacion cuadruple, y no tenia ni una silla, ni hablar de una mesita. El mobiliario eran las camas mesas de luz y la TV 26". No volvería, porque por lo que se paga no hay relacion con el servicio.
