I liked the location of the property it was a very clean atmosphere overall. I didnt like the checkin procedure because i was on hold for 50 minutes and i only wanted to ask a our the keys. Also the lady which they put me through for the instructions for check in was a bit rude and didnt answer my messages.

Overall our visit was excellent. The apartment was spacious & very comfortable. One recommendation would be to include some basic commodities e.g. sugar & salt. Our apartment #16 did not have a hair dryer- perhaps someone decided they needed a memento of their visit!!.

Spacious close to the hospital

Pros: The apartments for the well design of them
Cons: The parking underneath.
Very quite was clean and a lovely placeto stay.was closeto the hospital as well as Sky Zone it was easy to find.

Convenient and central

Pros: Clean and spacious with a lovely view. Secure parking.
Cons: Fixing the tap, addressing the flooding, supplying toilet paper, a dish washing cloth and liquid/tablets for dish washer. Good quality pillows.
Location: There is a supermarket nearby as well as a couple of restaurants, take away eating places, post office- all with in walking distance.
Morshead Views certainly had a nice view of the city and has the potential to be terrific. However, there were some basic shot falls. In the itinerary it says to supply your own personal items- we did not consider toilet paper, dish washing liquid/tablets for the dishwasher and a cloth, to be personal items that I would pack when travelling interstate. (Body wash, shampoo & conditioner were supplied :) happy to pack these items!) The kitchen tap was broken and the dish washer was still full of dishes that had been rinsed but were certainly not clean enough to put away. Pillows were very soft. Keys could do with labelling. When it rained the water pooled under the door creating a potential slipping hazard on the tiles and if left unattended too will damage the skirting boards. If these basic annoyances could be addressed it would be make the stay more pleasurable even to terrific!

Nice Apartment, Good Location but a few problems

Pros: Good location and close and shops and the city
Cons: cleanliness, shower doors, towels and toilet paper
Location: good location close to shops
Nice apartment with good location but after driving 13 hours a family of 5 arrived at the apartment to find no toilet paper in either toilet and only 4 bath towels. We called the after hours mobile number for the manager and left a message and received a text back saying "Sorry, I can't talk right now" and we have not received a response to date. Also both shower doors leaked.

Convenient

Booked a three bedroom arrived to a two bedroom and no trundles however they organised two trundles immediately. Washing machine worked but drain must be blocked so couldn't use it. Clean, quiet, convenient, would stay again.

Lies and poor accommodation

Cons: Everything
Booked a three bedroom, then received a call to say they had a problem and couldn't provide the three bedroom. We were offered a two bedroom instead (with no price reduction) but were told the accommodation was the same size just a larger living area (hard to believe as the living area was very small) and the second bedroom was large enough to put two beds. Also promised a room with views and a port-a-cot. Arrived to find one bed in second room and a cot-bed in the living room, no port-a-cot and no view! When we called to complain to staff they were very rude and lied several times. They said if we wanted to move for the view we would have to wait until the morning, in the morning we were told we were offered it last night. Disgraceful! Told to pull the cot-bed into the children's bedroom with the double; there was no room to move, not to mention the issues of having a double bed and cot-bed and two children to satisfy! Said they would "sort the rest out in the morning"; only to be told in the morning that it was our fault. Floors were dirty, we found a piece of glass in the kitchen and an empty condom in the children's bedroom. There was a hole in the wall. No doona covers on the doonas, can't imagine what it would have looked like under UV. Will not be staying in any of their accommodation in the future and will tell everyone I know about how poor our experience was.

Central Accommodation East Mt Gravatt

Pros: Location and size
Cons: Guests on the bottom floor smoked on his balcony which spoiled our outdoor dining. Also each time he/she smoked it came inside the unit if door open.
Location: Easy access to shops for food and to motorway.
The facilities were very comfortable clean and of a high quality - beds were very comfortable and everything needed was there. CJ the Manager was very helpful and friendly. We had a great visit and would highly recommend it to my friends.
