Open plan lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with under bench oven with stovetop, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea, coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, accessories etc. Bathroom with built in laundry includes a washing machine, plus area overlooking the water with BBQ.

Complete with TV/DVD, free WiFi and streaming services, reverse cycle air-conditioning plus wood fire for those cosy evenings. Playstation console and games.

Enjoy a swim or kayak on the lake, take a nice peaceful walk around the property, read a book, sit on the romantic waterside double swing, have a picnic, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The sounds of nature as music to relax with.
