The Space: Welcome to Unit 3, an upper-level lakeside retreat in our fourplex on Gull Lake, offering a comfortable 689.69 sq ft of living space. Just 30 feet from the shoreline, this 2-bedroom unit features a full kitchen with a coffee maker, a cozy living room with a sofa, and a private patio with lake views—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
The first bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk beds, while the second offers a full-size bed. Linens, comforters, and towels are provided for your convenience. While this unit does not have in-unit laundry, shared facilities are available on-site.
Enhance your stay with our 3,000 lb ShoreStation boat lift, available to rent for secure mid-sized boat storage (note: not suitable for pontoons). Pricing details are listed in the rental info. This amenity is open to the public and available on a first-come basis.
Guest Access: Upon booking, guests will receive a keypad code for entry to their unit. Enter the building from the lakeside entrance, and head upstairs—Unit 3 is the first door on the left. Garage access is included and located in the third stall from the left, with a separate code provided after booking.
Laundry facilities are available on the lower level and can be accessed via the street-side exterior door. Guests also have access to the shared dock and a designated spot to tie up their boat once the ice has cleared and docks are installed for the season.

While docks are typically in place from late spring through early fall, they are removed in late fall to prevent damage from ice. We appreciate your understanding regarding this seasonal necessity.

Clean and great host
I was in town for a week for work. The location was perfect, I could bring my dog, the host was polite and quick to respond to questions. Accuracy of listing was a 3 only because it sleeps 4 but there are only 3 kitchen chairs and one bowl for eating in the kitchen; it worked for me but may be an issue for a group of 4. The couch desperately needs to be replaced but is usable. I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay
This rental was exactly as described. Excellent location right on the water, a nice restaurant/bar within a few minute walk, well maintained property- absolutely loved the entire stay. The rental was spacious with a nice kitchen. I will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment was not clean by the windows, patio door, and in the corners of most rooms. Lots of cob webs and dirt. Patio door did not even lock. Vey disappointed. Says the place could sleep 7 but barely enough dishes for 4 people. Barely enough towels for 4 of us also. Couch had a piece of plywood under the cushions. Disappointed at many things. Feel like a small refund would be warranted.
