The staff went out of their way to look after my daughter and grandson, including a free upgrade to an apartment with a kitchen as my grandson is on a special diet. And helped them move (with a large amount of baggage) between rooms. Somewhat disappointed that a special order for him, before the move, of 3 steamed chicken breasts and lettuce cost 50 GBP. However, they subsequently reduce this to about 28 GBP. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Comfortable with excellent location to amenities

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, serviced daily. Needed more supplies to make it legitimately self catering as had to ask for cooking utensils and got very meagre supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to supermarket, transport options and excellent local pubs. Not very accessible though, very steep staircase at back to access local shops or long walk around.
