Not a great place
Firstly, let me tell you two things. 1 that I'm a big travel freak and 2 that I'm not a disgruntled guest to this resort rather I will give a very honest review. Over past 10 years, I must have traveled to Yelagiri 50 times and each time I stay in Zeenath Taj Gardens, but this time my friend booked this resort. The Resort : Firstly, the resort is very small. Its far away from the main market (and lake) so to some it may be an advantage but to some an disadvantage. The resort looks okay, not great but not pathetic also. The duplex cottage concept is awesome but the rooms need a lot lot lot upscaling (Painting etc) There are one each bedroom on ground floor n 1st floor with seperate restrooms, one kitchen type area, no dining table, two balconies on 1st floor. A very very small parking and a very very small play area. If you are two familes, then you would love to stay in the duplex sort of set up. The bed linen and towel quality is good. The toilets are neat and clean. The double beds are small in width.....Ample lights stuffed into the rooms, a small TV also would greet you. So, this was about the resort (Goods : Bathroom and Towel, sheet quality) Bad (Walls of the resort needs maintenance, no dining, beds are very small, less parking, no play area, no activity in resort) The Staff: The owner of the resort stays in Chennai and remotely operates over phone (and this itself shows as how much he cares for guests). There is one manager (Aravind) who can speak Hindi, English,
