The staff was great. Booking sites showed a restaurant and game lounge. Both have been closed for a while. Breakfast is also an offer that is not honored.

Hot tub was perfect temperature. The pool isn’t long but is a nice 6ft deep so makes for a good casual swim. sauna is a nice touch not many in the area have as well as an exercise room. Staff was friendly and festive.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless and well set up. This is the place to go if you want to feel important and you matter because the front desk guy he will make sure you feel important and you matter and he goes above and beyond

I can’t believe the amount of money I paid for a place that had no breakfast. The “restaurant” and or “Lounge” hadn’t been used in years. The windows had so much buildup on them you couldn’t even see out on top of the peeling walls, especially in the bathroom. The tub looked like someone had dyed their hair red and rinsed it so that half of it was this noticeable pink color. The pool only operated at certain hours, which I never knew what they were cuz the person checking me in told me nothing. I never once had a housekeeper come to my door in all of the 3 days I was there. The chair had this perfect clam shaped stain on it, which made it impossible to sit in. Then we have the parking lot that is straight ghetto with giant holes and weird campers parked in the corner and the location was not conveniently close to anything a person needed. Extremely dissatisfied.

The bed was wonderful the room was very spacious but the whole hotel needs a good remodel. The hot tub was green. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The shilo inn off of Franklin boulevard in Nampa Idaho is a amazing place to stay. I had surgery and they were so accommodating for my husband our service dogs and myself. They gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable secure and safe. A wonderful place to recover did not hear the i-84 or our neighbors it was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. It's very clean as well. Thank you guys! 🙏
