Home is almost as beautiful as the view. The veranda offered breathtaking views of the gulf. Bonus extra was the bunk room with 6 bunks, perfect for kiddos. This room is in addition to the 5 bedrooms. Everything was very clean and in perfect order for our visit. Pool- It is directly under 2 gorgeous, huge oak trees and sadly full of leaves etc on bottom and top of pool. We were unable to get the bottom clean so sadly couldnt use the pool until Friday as the pool clearner came Thursday night. This was a huge disappointment as one of the reasons we booked. There also isn't a heater. Listing had indicated there was a hot tub. I failed to confirm this prior to booking, there isn't a hot tub, just in case vrbo listing still shows.Home is listed for sale. This was not know, nor was it known to expect a showing during our visit. We found this intruding. We had an unclear message from a realtor a day prior. We had been inquiring on a different property for sale and thought the message was for an open house on that. We were very surprised by the showing and felt it to be unprofessional . Owner should ensure to notify future renters that this is a possibility. We had no idea it was a possibility to expect showings when we've rented. The host seems very nice and was responsive in other communications. She very kindly allowed us access earlier on check in day which was appreciated.
