First visit to Biarritz

Fabulous apartment with very friendly, helpful hosts. Clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, lovely veranda for coffee and relaxing. Amazingly quiet but only 5min walk to shop, beach, 15 min walk to centre of Biarritz. Would definitely stay here again.

Small property perfect for two outside main centre of Biarritz so quiet and peaceful. Nearby beaches very attractive. Hosts very helpful. Would recommend it

Good location to access the best of the area

It is a pleasant apartment, well fitted out and furnished and with excellent wi-fi. It was quiet, except for the occasional roar of a jet from the nearby airport. The south facing terrace was ideal for al fresco dining (although the weather could have been warmer).It is a very attractive area and our base was well situated to visit locations to the south and the north. We wanted a ground floor apartment, but as it was in the basement, it made loading / unloading the car more difficult. The dedicated parking spot was handy but had the space next to ours been in use, it would have been very tight. The apartment could have been a little cleaner, and our lack of French was a drawback, e,g, we never learned how to use the dish-washer. Overall, a very pleasant 6 days

Très bon séjour . Accueil chaleureux , propriétaire disponible . Rien à dire , c était parfait , confort , literie , c est rare de trouver une location aussi impeccable et ne parlons pas de l équipement : café thé huile vinaigre . Un sans faute !

Très bon séjour d'une semaine en février. Aucune mauvaise surprise pour cette location, les photos et la description sont conformes à la réalité. L'appartement est spacieux, agréablement meublé et très propre, idéal pour un couple. La météo clémente pour la saison nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée. Les plages sont très proches et le centre ville facilement accessible à pieds. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, la bonne literie et l'équipement très complet de la cuisine (ustensiles, produits d'entretien, épicerie de dépannage, ...). Sans oublier le parking devant la porte et le garage à vélos ! Rolande et Loïc sont très sympathiques. Ils ont tout prévu pour que le séjour se passe au mieux et ils ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires. Nous conservons précieusement leur adresse et nous les recommandons chaleureusement.
