This well-appointed home is located on a wooded lot on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. You will find yourself only four houses away from Crystal Lake, which has access to a typically uncrowded public beach. The quaint lake town of Frankfort is 11 miles away with great shops, dining options, brewpubs, a supermarket, and more.

This wooded cottage is cool in the summer and has plenty of shade, so you shouldn't have problems escaping from the sun. Hang out with your family and friends in the cozy living area, equipped with a smart TV with streaming and cable services. This is a great spot for catching up on your favorite series or movies or planning your next adventures. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare savory treats and homemade meals - don't think twice and stock up on groceries on your way here! The full bathroom's knotty pine walls were completely redone.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
