When you go in the elevator is filthy, the doors, the bedroom, the TV you could write your name on the dust. The room need to be clean, the coffee maker filthy The bed bedding. They look like hundred years old. The plate outside the room look very nice.

Hotel and room were amazing. The only complaint was the customer service at check in. It was not very welcoming. I usually have a great experience, but the front desk seemed like they didn't want to be bothered and borderline rude. .

I was not pleased to learn that I needed to pay for parking, which costs $15 per day, per vehicle, so for both my wife's car and mine - that's an additional $30! If I knew that upon booking, I would not have stayed here. After all, we are only staying here because our apartment development is flooded, so the last thing we needed was another inconvenience. When I asked the front desk clerk (who was very nice and accomodating) about why I was being charged, she said "it's part of a pilot program Hilton asked us to participate in." Yeah, in plain language, Hilton is experimenting with new fees. Greed as usual. I will not be staying here again, no matter how pleasant the experience is. Paying to park at a hotel outside a major city goes against everything I believe in. Very disappointing.
