Property is fairly new. Very clean and tidy. But the shower head holder was loose, not screwed to the wall properly. The toilet roll holder was also loose. The sink plug did not work and the sink hot and cold water was reversed.

Noisiest room with a very local bar playing till 3.30! Should be advertised as having close by music bar with room details. Room was clean and warm, not very good water pressure in shower.

Hello, thank you for your feed-back. We're glad to hear that you found the room clean and warm but sorry about the noise from next door. The Brook bar is normally only open during the week days and they've promised not to make any noise late at night. Have they got any events on, they normally inform us as well so we can move guests further down however it seems to have slipped their mind. I've forwarded your comment to them and asked for an explanation and I thank you for pointing this out. By the way, please do not hesitate to contact our Duty Manager if any issues as we would have done what we could to help you out either ask the bar to stop the music or moved you away from it.
