The heating system was too cold. Therr were no instructions on how to alter . Had to sit with jacket on. No manual. No bread knife. No sharp cutting knife. No hot plate.

Clean and modern. Quiet and with friendly staff. It’s a little out of the way but that is also an advantage if you want to be out of the noise of the city. Only negative would be the grubby bathroom door

Really beautiful property and excellent communication (we had a late check in but everything was very clearly communicated). Parking is an issue with limited spaces and then all surrounding spaces being on timed zones. I would recommend the hotel look at organising some kind of sign guests can display in their cars that corresponds with check out times for those that have to use the public areas. Multiple wake up times to shift the car before we checked out was really painful.

Hello, thank you for your feed-back. We do try and influence the car-parking in the area but unfortunately, our landlord sets the rules and supervises these. The only thing left for us to do, is therefore to remind guests that they need to check what the sign says and ensure that they follow these rules not to be ticketed. A Wilson Car-park building is being constructed next door which means that you can once and for all pay what is needed till you leave the next morning. Please be advised, that all parks are for free during weekends and holidays from 6PM the day before ie. for weekends from Friday till Monday morning. Also, we have a limited number of under-cover Car-parks that can be reserved. These cost 10$ per night but are down to availability on the day on a first ordered first served basis.
