Property was fine clean and comfortable. Slight points off for the shower head being quite loose, but a minor complaint overall. Mark points down because the area is undergoing heavy roadworks and alterations at the moment not their fault but it made it difficult to find and get to the place with road closures. And Central city parking is extremely expensive.

Great five nights at the property . Location is central and very close to activities like the sky tower. Apartments were small but well equipped. Slightly noisy on the Friday and Saturday night due to nearby pubs but overall a great place to stay for a few days in the city. Will definitely return.

The receptionist was sour and not welcoming. One of the lifts were not working so we waited in a queue for 10 minutes to get to our floor. The room layout was great with generous sizes rooms and a good view. The balustrade on the deck was frighteningly wobbly. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and uncleared and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The couch was dirty brown on arms and bathroom skirting and walls were dusty and had grime splatters on them. The footpath access outside was uneven and dangerous with construction work.

The room smelled like a restaurant kitchen. The smell of the curry spice was overwhelming. We asked for a room spray. It helped a little but I think the spice smell was absorbed on the couch, walls etc The value however was good. I guess if you don’t mind the smell, just suck it up and save some money.

Location was the only plus point. Staff was pleasant upon checking in/out, didn’t have much interaction with them otherwise. Hotel itself, was very cramped looking, almost like a dungeon. Hallways especially. Room was small, but the bed was the best thing. Comfortable. Once again, the dungeon feeling was very apparent here with a bathroom with no windows and very limited natural sunlight that came through the balcony/living room window/door etc. Will I stay here again? Probably not! Not for me!!

Great staff and location. Very noisy, no black out curtains a lot of light from outside in bedroom, cleaning disappointing, we’ve been here almost 2 weeks, we asked for a full clean plus sheets changed today. Bedding changed but room and bathroom not cleaned. Can’t use oven as markings all rubbed off, dishwasher noisy, bed very uncomfortable and creaky….and kitchen sink does not have a proper plug so be careful with waste disposal. Staff are wonderful, the hotel just needs a lot of tlc and maintenance.
