An OK Hotel/Timeshare

The bed was uncomfortable and the patio was filthy and had not been cleaned. The elevator set up was a pain as you had to select your floor and then redirected to a designated elevator to use. Not very functional IMO. Felt like a Timeshare because that’s what it was. It was ok but just ok.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Kept us informed of all the activities going on and check in on us to make sure we had every thing we needed. The only downside, which only would have helped us, is that 2 king beds didn't work for us. I think putting 2 double beds in one of the bedrooms would work better. Other than that, our stay was great. Will stay there again.

I love staying here. No casinos and I love that. We go out to the nightlife every night. Then come back to peace and quiet. During our stay, we took advantage of the movie theater, and watched a movie one night ( showing the new Mission Impossible) which was very nice. We got in the hot tube, and although it was a little cool out, we were still able to go swimming, because the hotel has an indoor pool. Lots to do and walking distance to to the boardwalk. Oh, and you get a full kitchen and living room. Great place!

The parking situation, including lack of instruction prior to arrival is atrocious. Additionally, the security guards are just rude, speaking at the guests instead of speaking to them. Not a fan of your elevators either; maybe it’s more efficient but it’s equally annoying. I will not be staying again.

They have these lil bracelets that are so convenient for you to get in everywhere you uave to go. They always have something going on in the hotel for the entire family! My first time staying definitely won’t be my last

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience — the live Caribbean band with complimentary refreshments was a standout, the room was clean with a functional kitchen, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The area was clean, in walking distance to food and entertainment, and even the other guests were pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
