Room is decorated adorably. We had a really big suite with a PAC man machine.. super fun. Comfortable and clean.

I went to the restaurant bar the two days it was available. Thur the woman was sweet and friendly. Sat the woman was argumentative and inconsistent pour. I messaged about a lost charging cable, was told they'd get back to me and didn't. The dirty parking makes is difficult to keep ground floor rooms clean. The gym doesn't have anything to wipe down community machines. There was no ice without having to go to the desk. It was fine but not outstanding.

If it had a restaurant open all day every day, it would be outstanding. The staff were incredible, however, and made my stay delightful.

The water in shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. This is a motel - not a hotel. Rooms opened out to the parking lot. Did not feel extremely safe. Staff did not clean the room and only delivered new towels.

I didn’t dislike it
I like the Graduate properties all over the country. This one is very different. It’s set up like a two story 1950’s motel situation. So the second story guests are extremely loud when just moving around the room. If you’re a sensitive sleeper beware. The climate control for the room is primitive so you may want to bring a fan or extra layers depending on your sensitivity to climate. The restaurant is only open on weekends but they have a beautiful common area in the center of the property that would be nice for a wedding reception or other large function.

This is more of a motel, doors open to the parking lot. Patrons are charged 12$ a day to park - there’s no reason for the charge as it’s not in a downtown area where you’d find increased demand for parking.

Great location, walkable to downtown Athens. Clean basic rooms with eclectic Graduate design. They also have an awesome coffee shop in the lobby and three EV chargers in the parking lot (2 were for Teslas).
