Book direct if you want the room you booked !!!
The hotel didn’t have the room we booked so I called hotel.com and told them the problem and their advice was if I wanted the room I booked then I should book it direct not through hotel.com I thought that was super rude and said then that should be y’all’s motto or everyone would know not use hotel.com if that is what you call your customer service , then you shouldn’t be in business. It was a non refundable stay so we stayed in a standard room without a hot tub which was the reason we even wanted to get a room in the first place. Super disappointed and would not recommend this app or website to anyone and well book direct next time!!

For the most part it was quiet and clean. Our room ac unit was very loud and rattled when it was on. The comforter on the bed was starting to fall apart on the edges. The shower head in the bathroom kind of just dribbled when it was on. The staff was very nice though. Felt like we were safe. I just consider these are minor things that needed to be addressed.

It was close to the venue that we were going to.so were several other hotels. The hotel is old.popcorn ceilings, old drapes and carpeting. Uncomfortable bed,bathroom door doesn't lock.front desk closes at night. Room was average for cleanliness. No one cleans room each day or asks if anything is needed. We made do with the towels we had and the thin blanket on the bed.continental breakfast area was not well kept. Spills all over and never seen anyone restocking anything. Food is I'd say averagePros: parked right outside the room! And has an updated TV which was the best feature. I wouldn't stay here again.
