Welcome to Casa Vista Coco, your ideal holiday home in Colonia Sant Pere, a hidden gem on the north-east coast of Mallorca. This charming detached house can accommodate up to six people and is only around 720 meters from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.



The accommodation

The house has two spacious double bedrooms (with air conditioning), which are equipped with comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. A child-friendly bedroom with a bunk bed is available for families with children (without air conditioning). We want to make sure every guest feels at home, so all types of towels are provided, including kitchen towels, bath towels and even beach towels.



Are you traveling with a small child? No problem! We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.



Casa Vista Coco offers numerous terraces where you can spend unforgettable hours. The terrace behind the house opens onto a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. But the highlight is undoubtedly the roof terrace, which is equipped with a shady chill-out lounge. From here you can admire the panoramic views of the sparkling sea and majestic mountains. It is the perfect place to experience the sunset with a glass of wine and create unforgettable moments.



Colonia Sant Pere itself is a quaint and authentic village, off the beaten tourist track.The marina, just a short walk away, offers opportunities to enjoy fresh fish and spectacular sunsets over the sea. The surrounding area of Colonia Sant Pere is a paradise for nature and water sports lovers, with hiking trails along the coast and activities such as sailing, diving and kayaking.



The village is also home to charming shops selling local products and crafts, as well as a weekly market where you can discover fresh food and regional delicacies.

Maison de vacances idéale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison parfaitement équipée. Nous avons surtout adoré les 3 terrasses. L'emplacement est parfait pour notre famille, dans un quartier très calme et non loin de la mer et de nombreuses commodités. Nous recherchions un lieu loin des zones touristiques surpeuplés tout en étant proche du port d'Alcúdia. L'accueil était très sympathique avec quelques gourmandises offerts en guise de bienvenue. Encore un grand merci !

Jolie maison avec jardin et toit terrasse

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille dans cette maison. Elle est très bien équipée, il y avait largement assez d'espace pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants), nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires à notre arrivée, qui avaient prévus de gentilles attentions pour nous et les enfants. Il y a deux terrasses dont nous avons bien profité, surtout celle sur le toit, où nous avons adoré prendre nos petits déjeuners avec une vue imprenable jusqu'à Alcudia et sur une jolie petite montagne de l'autre côté, et nous y allions le soir pour prendre des apéros en regardant le soleil se coucher. Le jardin est très mignon et bien entretenu, avec 4 transats à disposition. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, cela nous convenait bien car nous n'aimons pas trop être au coeur de l'agitation touristique, on peut stationner très facilement devant la maison.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Ein bisschen Farbe an der Fassade wäre nett und es ein Treppengeländer wäre von Vorteil. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Geruch im Haus war etwas muffig und wir haben es als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Es fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Wenn Nachts das Hundequartett anfängt ist es sehr störend. Gute Nachbarn und alles ruhig und still, also gut zum erholen. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen im Ort. Wohlfühlfaktor super und somit insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Zu Anfang direkt: Wir waren noch nie vorher in einem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca, das uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Übergabe fand direkt mit den Besitzern statt. Beide sprachen kaum Englisch oder Deutsch und wir leider kein Spanisch. Dennoch haben wir alles sehr gut verstanden, was sie uns gezeigt haben. Es standen auch leckere Kleinigkeiten bereit, u.a. Orangen aus ihrem Garten. Außerdem zeigte sich, das Herzlichkeit wenig Worte braucht :) das Haus war blitzsauber, in der Küche war alles (und noch viel mehr) vorhanden, was man so braucht. Weitere positive Aspekte: - gemütliche Betten, schön dicke Matratzen, - es blieb im Haus auch bei hohen Temperaturen recht kühl, - tolle Dusche, auch tolle Gartendusche, - nicht einsehbarer Garten, - tolle Terrassen, - angenehme Gartenliegen, - Hängematte, - toller Ausblick in jede Richtung, - Haus in einer ruhigen Straße, wenig touristisch, - Sandspielzeug plus Sonnenschirme mit UV-Schutz vorhanden, - Kuscheltiere im Kinderzimmer, - guter Geruch (klingt komisch, aber manche Häuser in Spanien müffeln aus verschiedenen Gründen), - dicke Wände, bzw. geräuschundurchlässige Zimmertüren, was gut ist, wenn das Kind schon schläft und man nicht nur flüstern möchte, - usw. Wir haben uns auch über den Katzenbesuch am Haus gefreut. Zur Nachbarschaft: Man sollte wissen, das man nicht in eine einsame Berghütte fährt. Wir kommen vom Dorf und dort im Ferienhaus ist es teilweise ruhiger als hier. Aber man hört natürlich Nachbarn und Hunde. Und natürlich auch manchmal zu späteren Zeiten, als in Deutschland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Ich habe mit Oropax dennoch ungestört mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Für uns war das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Urlaubsort für Individualisten

Die Gastgeber warteten mit einer reich gedeckten Schale an Köstlichkeiten auf. Allein das ständige Hundegekläff, tagsüber wie nachts, trübte den überwiegend positiven Gesamteindruck. Wenn darüber hinaus die Eigentümer noch 1 oder 2 Kübel Farbe für die Fassade am Eingang und zur Straße spendieren würden, hätte ihre Casa etwas mehr Charme.

Schön aber Umgebung könnte schöner sein

Ein älteres Haus, sauber, zweckmässig. Dachterrasse und Rückgarten haben Charme. Der Rest weniger (Wohnviertel, Vorgarten, ...). Nette Vermieter ohne jegliche Komplikationen, Haus ist mit Grundausstattung versehen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in Casa Vista Coco. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hat gute Betten und es fehlt auch in der Küche an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr über Wein, Obst und andere Leckereien zur Begrüßung gefreut. Das Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse mit rundum Blick auf Berge, Olivenhaine und das Meer. Dort gibt es genügend gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten incl. Hängematte, die bei den Kindern sehr beliebt war, um zu entspannen, zu spielen etc. Auch die zweite Terrasse zum Garten war sehr schön und wir haben sie viel genutzt. Alles so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - wunderbar!

Alles super, ich komme gern wieder!!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Alles war sauber und zur Begrüßung gabs ein Körbchen mit Leckereien und sogar einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Den Ort kenne ich bereits, kaum Tourismus und ein Auto ist erforderlich. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.

Weiterzuempfehlen!

Die Übergabe sowie Schlüsselrückgabe waren sehr unkompliziert und uns standen während des gesamten Aufenthaltes Kontakte zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen an einem weniger touristischen Ort auf Mallorca, der aber alles zu bieten hat ( kleiner Strand im Ort und sehr schöner Strand im benachbarten Son Serra der Marina, gute Restaurants und mehrere kleine Supermärkte). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte man auf den verschiedenen Terrassen einen schönen Platz finden und besonders den wunderschönen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse genießen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Dachterrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus. Je nach Sonnenstand und Wind konnten wir uns auf einer der drei Terrassen entspannen, sonnen, grillen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, alles sehr sauber, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Orangen, Sekt, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Oliven, Kekse erwarteten uns, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen ist vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht oder gegrillt, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Hervorragend war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Wegbeschreibung und die unkomplizierte Übergabe des Hauses, selbst am letzten Tag konnten wir nach Absprache entspannt bis zum Abflug im Haus verweilen. Insgesamt fünf Sterne und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist ein abseits vom Trubel belegenes schönes Feriendomizil. Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. An heißen Sommertagen kann man die Klimaanlage vermissen ;-). Unserer Familie hat es gut gefallen und wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen...

Ein wunderschönes Ferien-Haus

Wie (eine 3-köpfige Familie) haben unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt im Casa Vista Coco sehr genossen. Es ist schön und geräumig, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt neben einem Balkon, einer Terrasse und einem Garten (mit OutdoorDusche) noch über eine einfach herrliche Dachterrasse, die einen unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick bietet: Auf der einen Seite das Meer und auf der anderen die Berge. Wir waren überrascht über die ausgezeichnete Küchenausstattung: Geschirr, Kochutensilien usw alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gegend war für uns einfach perfekt: Der "kleine" Sand-Strand in 10 Gehminuten entfernt: schönes Wasser, sauberer Strand, etwas Infrastruktur (ein paar nette Cafés, Restaurants, kl. Supermarkt) und trotzdem nicht überlaufen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit fadem Beigeschmack

Wir haben die Casa Vista Coco für 3,5 Wochen gebucht. Die Begrüßung durch die Eigentümerin war herzlich und das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt quasi an Nichts. Der Garten, die Balkone und vor allem die Dachterrasse sind sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Leider wurde der schöne Aufenthalt in dem Haus durch den völlig überraschenden Einzug eines Familienmitglieds des Eigentümers inkl. einiger Freunde in den Souterrainberich des Hauses zu Nichte gemacht. In diesem Moment ist aus dem Haus eine hellhörige Ferienwohnung geworden, was uns zu einem Umzug in ein anderes Haus gezwungen hat. Ganz großen Dank nochmal an Immobilien Sineu für die tolle Unterstützung und den reibungslosen Wohnortwechsel. Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass der gesamte Buchungsablauf mit Immobilien Sineu echt toll und sehr freundlich war. Es wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Fragen etc. geantwortet. Super und danke nochmal :-)
