**Outdoor Living Amidst the Giants**

Step outside and immerse yourself in the ultimate outdoor experience. Surrounded by ancient redwoods, this stunning property boasts sweeping views of the Baywood Golf Course and a serene backdrop of towering trees. As the afternoon sun sets, the emerald fairways of the golf course glow, and fog often rolls over distant mountains, creating an atmosphere that is both peaceful and rejuvenating.

The expansive 1,200 sq ft patio is your sanctuary for outdoor living. Featuring a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a bar top, it’s perfect for al fresco dining while grilling up your favourite dishes. Nearby, a 7-person hot tub awaits, offering the ideal spot to unwind after a day of hiking through the nearby Redwoods.

At the heart of the patio, you'll find a unique gas fire pit with a custom concrete table crafted from handmade steel logs and pinecones—just the place to gather after exploring the nearby Redwood forests. **The House: Cosy Comfort Meets Redwood Charm**

Baywood Redwood Retreat is a charming, tri-level home that balances modern comfort with timeless natural beauty. Originally built in the 1960s, the house has been thoughtfully updated to include an open-concept layout that is ideal for large groups or families.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a game room that doubles as a cosy 6th bedroom with a comfortable Murphy bed. This fun-filled room features a pool table, a 65-inch TV, and its own bathroom, making it a favourite for teens or anyone looking for a private retreat within the home.

The main level is home to a spacious great room where the living area, kitchen, and dining space seamlessly flow together. The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully stocked with high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare memorable meals for your group. The large dining table seats 8-10, and the expansive windows provide beautiful views of the golf course and its occasional golfers. It's an exciting, live-action backdrop as you enjoy a meal or relax in the living area with a film on the 85-inch TV.

The great room leads to a covered sun porch, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while soaking in views of the surrounding trees and golf course. The Area:

Imagine sitting on the covered patio, sipping your morning coffee, and watching the deer in the distance. Emerald green grass is in full view, as the Baywood Golf Course surrounds the property.

The house is located on Baywood Ln, which is a private road. Because this is a private road, we ask guests not to walk further up the hill to the neighbor's homes. You can walk to the left out of the driveway and go left or right for a nice stroll around the golf course

Baywood Country Club is a private course. If you are interested in golf, please let us know and we can see if it is possible to get you on the course. The official rule is that the member needs to be with the guest but we have found calling the pro shop with reservations can often work.

A short drive from the house is Murphys Supermarket for stocking up on supplies (2 miles)
