## Neighborhood
On the seaside, on the front line on the beach, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches as well as nature reserves.
Juan les Pins, a small town in the Alpes-Maritimes, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, Juan-les-Pins is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This popular little town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious dwellings: palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Big Blue and gardens giving off delicious Provençal scents. We can still make out what this immense pine forest might have been like along the fine sandy beaches before being transformed into a mythical seaside resort frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today you can still enjoy its beautiful white sand beaches or the intimacy of its charming little coves.
It is obviously advisable to immerse yourself in the frenzy of Juan: discos, casino and night shops make it a paradise for night owls flocking to the bars located by the sea.
In addition to its vibrant atmosphere, Juan-les-Pins hosts a musical event that further enhances its image as a festive city. Since the end of the Second World War, the city has established itself as the great meeting place for jazz and has welcomed illustrious artists such as Sidney Bechet, Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington. Even today, the biggest names in jazz come to perform there in July during the Jazz à Juan festival in the Pinède Gould.
To get away from the hustle and bustle of Juana, stop off at Parc Exflora, which covers nearly 5 hectares. It contains about 330 plant species distributed around a large olive grove. Here, the different styles of Mediterranean gardens, ranging from Ancient Rome to the 19th century Riviera, are brilliantly expressed. Don't miss the immense 500-meter-long waterway going down to the sea and lined with sumptuous rosebushes.
While strolling in Juan-les-Pins, let yourself be seduced by its typical architecture, admiring the Belles Rives and its furniture from the 1930s, the villa La Vigie, the Juana, classified as a Historic Monument, or the many Art Deco buildings that mark your journey.
The port of Gallice embraces the bay of the city, offering a pleasant place for maritime walks, while the fine sandy beaches are the ideal place for lazing around, enjoying the sun or practicing nautical activities.
Don't miss the Pinède Gould which saw Ray Charles or Miles Davis make their European debuts, an alley of footprints reveals the big names who have passed through there.
The Exflora park will allow you to discover more than 330 plant species for an exotic and charming walk.
Don't miss the Joan of Arc church or the Notre-Dame de la Pinède church to appreciate the typical architecture of this part of southern France.
City of leisure and entertainment, Juan-les-Pins is full of appetizing seafood restaurants, and its breathtakingly decorated casino, allows you to learn about games of chance or discover different artists performing in the region. Not far away, Antibes is also of great tourist interest, in particular thanks to its many museums.
