Check-in was non-existant. I don't know if it was because of Covid, but there was no one on site. Make sure you check your emails from Vicasa if you stay at this property because they will send you a key box combo to get into the cabin. If you don't have it when you arrive, you will not be able to get in or contact them. I tried multiple times to contact Vicasa prior to my arrival. They weren't answerring the phone, no voice mail was available, and when I emailed them, it went unanswered. The cabin had a dated appearance and has suffered some deferred maintenance. The beds were comfortable, but for a 2 bedroom cabin, there was little area to sit for my family of 4. One small couch and a few kitchen chairs. Thanks to Covid, none of the heated spas were operable. The cabin had repairs that have not been tended to. There were mice inside the cabin and got into our food that we left on the table. There was a piece of floor trim in the kitchen area that hasn't been repaired, that was covered by a mat, but the trim stuck up, even under the mat, and it was a constant trip hazard. It should have been fixed when it was found but it wasn't. The kitchen only had some silverware and plates and cups. There was one small cast iron skillet and a very small pot. If you plan on cooking, bring your own stock top ware. The parking lot and area round cabin 4 was very small. I rate my stay overall as just OK. I give it 5 out of 10.
