| HOLIDAY HOUSE:
It has a large open plan living area, two big double bedrooms, all on 12 acres. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck.
The house interior has only just been refurbished and repainted. You will find it very clean, fresh and roomy. It suits people who like privacy and prefer to spread out a bit.
COTTAGE DETAILS:
The smaller self contained cottage is on the 15 acre property. The main house and check in office is also located here. Everything you would expect to find in a coventional "Motel situation" is in the cottage.
