Further afield, visit the Po Nagar Cham temple, dedicated to the goddess of local origin. The Cham towers at Po Nagar - built between the 7th and 12th centuries - are a remarkable sight; the North tower - 28 metres - is the tallest of the four remaining towers. Close to the temple at Thap Ba are the natural hot mineral springs and mud baths which are very relaxing; nowhere else can you sit in a wooden bathtub full of thermal mud or swim under a thermal waterfall. Long Son Pagoda is an impressive sight! Pause for a moment, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the city as you walk up the 152 steps from the pagoda to visit the giant white Buddha seated on a lotus blossom.
