The long established Tophams hotel has been closed for two years and has re-opened after a £6 million refurbishment as a stunning 4* luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the world famous, exclusive and historic Belgravia district in the centre of London (City Centre Hotel). The hotel has five different bedroom schemes with bespoke furniture in each room and a ‘burlesque’ theme in the bar area.
