The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the world famous Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, known as one of the Seven Wonders of the World for swimming, snorkelling, diving or marvelling at the marine life from a glass bottom boat or semi-submersible. Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation and the Daintree are easily accessible for a day trip to remember. Go hot air ballooning or take a trip on the breathtaking Skyrail, the worlds longest gondola cableway, to the rainforest village of Kuranda and return to Cairns by way of the world renowned Kuranda Scenic Railway. Tee off for a round of golf at one of Cairn's many top class golf courses, experience the thrill of a white-water rafting trip or try your hand at angling on a deep sea fishing trip.
