We can organise guided bushwalks or local tours, geology tours, rock climbing and abseiling. Maps and books are available to guide you around the local area. Visit Mt Barney, The Portals, Cordeau, Mt French and Queen Mary Falls to name a few.
Not feeling so energetic? Unwind with a Relaxation, Ka Huna (Hawaiian) or Hot Stones massage. A qualified massage therapist is available onsite. Laze around the pool with a cool drink. The Bunyip is the ideal place to simply leave the world behind and relax with a good book.
Learn to fly a glider or just take a flight in one of our aircraft. Scenic flights are available in gliders and powered aircraft. There is the option of chartering a helicopter also. We can arrange parachute jumps and balloon rides.
Use The Bunyip as a base and day trip around the Scenic Rim visiting wineries, tourist spots and lookouts.
The sunsets are an amazing experience and wonderful to share on the terrace over a glass of bubbly with that someone special.
A quality astronomical telescope is available for guests and we can provide an astronomer if required.
Our big outdoor fireplace has a billion star view - nothing beats this experience.
Willowbank or Ipswich Queensland Raceway is 20 minutes up the highway for motorsport enthusiasts.
Moogerah Dam is only 5 minutes away and offers a luxury accommodation alternative for water-skiers and fishermen. The dam is the perfect place for canoeing or freshwater fishing. Guides are available.
There is no checkout time on your last day! The place is yours for the whole day. We will provide lunch and dinner on the last day if you wish. On weekends you are welcome to stay Sunday night and travel home directly from the Bunyip.
