- Location and very clean
- Hotel staff speak minimal English. Breakfast is a little odd.

- cramped but not uncommon in Japan
- Sunshine city is nearby. Go to top floor for 360 view of tokyo to Mt Fuji, and tokyo Bay

- Great typical 'business hotel'. Very easy to access from the east side of Ikebukuro station.
- Can be noisy. West side of building gets noise from the Pachinko parlours and south side faces main street.

- 3rd time ive stayed here and im not impressed anymore so probably wouldnt bother again. The shower is great and the automatic toilet is pretty clever
- Really noisy area, Ikebukuro itself is not a very nice area and at night its even worse
- Restaurant underneath is ok, BUT beware the smoking tables, as with most in Japan smoking is accepted and it can really ruin your meal!
