- We believed that WiFi was included, but it was an additional daily cost.

As we explained to you our wif fi service is an additional fee and is through an external provider. This is stated on the accommodation description for Wotif and our personal website. We are currently looking into a free wi-fi service for our guests. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

Dear Chris Thank you for your review of Sunest Cove. we hope you enjoyed your stay with us. At this stage an external provider services wi-fi to the resort & charges do apply. We are currently negotiating a free wi fi service for our guests which we hope will be available soon. The ground floor apartments are a good option for families or guests that prefer no steps & are in a lovely tropical garden setting but being lower get slightly less sunlight. We hope you will return again one day.

We try and allocate apartments according to guest special requirements and would be pleased to accommodate you on a lower level apartment if you choose to come back and stay with us. - Family friendly. Letting the kids borrow a toy for the stay was a lovely touch. The lush gardens surrounding the pool are beautiful. We will be back
- Nikki took care of everything and treats you as a guest, not a number.
