Singapore CBD Hotels

Singapore is the middleweight champion of Asian cities, with style and beauty adding to its power, so it’s no surprise that its Central Business District is something special. This is a city always looking to the future, so booking from our list of Singapore CBD hotels puts you on the cutting edge of an urban adventure like no other.

Sightseeing in Singapore feels a little different to anywhere else. Working your way to its various visual attractions and appreciating them is the best way to get to know this spectacular city. In this aspect, the Riverside and Marina Bay areas are at the top of the game. You can’t miss one of the island nation’s most iconic sights, the Merlion. This 8.6m statue was constructed in 1964 is the national symbol of Singapore and is positioned near the mouth of Singapore River. A specially built pier can be used to take pictures of the statue with a city backdrop.

Not far away to the southwest is another fantastic place to take in the city – this time from over 280 metres above ground! 1-Altitude Gallery is a rooftop bar and viewpoint with 360-degree views. It is great at any time but sunset is a favourite, and if you want a quiet night out. Raffles Place Station on the Singapore MRT line is right next door.

An extended walk along the southern river bank is definitely worthwhile but one of the most spectacular things you’ll see from almost any angle is Marina Bay Sands, the casino resort that sports three towers with an interconnecting deck on top. Tourists can enter the massive casino free of charge, but the spectacular SkyPark can only be accessed with a fee or after a meal in a hotel restaurant, and even then the pool is off limits. For some, just touring the 146-metre deck and taking in the views will be enough.

Yet another record-breaking way to take in the city can be had at the Singapore Flier, the world’s tallest Ferris Wheel, but you’ll want to explore the ground as well. Gardens by the Bay gives you a natural reprieve from the concrete jungle located on the headland east of the Merlion. It has beautiful gardens, but what would an attraction here be without a little Singapore flair? Supertree structures tower over a grove area of the facility and, like most of the city, light up at night for a whole different experience. Entry is free of charge, and restaurants dot the area, but a fee is charged to access conservatories and the skyway.

Second – and perhaps first to some – on the Singapore to do list is, of course, shopping. The CBD may not have an Orchard Road but you’ll have to make do with the island’s second biggest mall, Suntec City, which boasts four floors and over 370 shops.

This is the place to stay for the best spectacle Singapore has to offer. Don’t delay, book your from CBD accommodation and a flight to Singapore with us today.
