I'm sorry you found our couches uncomfortable.They are fairly new so it does surprise me. And I'm sorry you found the manager not welcoming as we do try and be friendly and courteous to every guest that comes to our motel.

Thank you for that. We try and be friendly and courteous to every guest that comes to our motel. We offer free wifi up to 100 megabytes and there is a small charge above that. If people stay more than one day, we offer free wifi up to 100 megabytes per day. This amount seems to be enough for most guests.

I'm glad you found our location just right. I'm sorry you had no wifi. We do have a strong firewall at the motel. We have a guest computer at reception for guests to use if they have trouble accessing wifi in their unit.

I'm glad you found our rooms clean as we have excellent cleaners.And of course, privacy is important. Once again, our firewall seems quite strong here. We do have a guest computer at reception that people can use if they are having trouble in their unit. I'm very glad you found our beds comfortable too.
