Peaceful location in the South Maroubra Shopping Village, above a quiet and friendly local pub. Separate entrance and reception, and lots of off-street parking. Supermarket, chemist, medical centre, beauty salon and playground next door. Just a short walk to the beach. Good bus service to the city and other destinations.
