Raffles Royale ia an old building . Raffles Royale Apartments are a 3 storey lowrise in central Surfers Paradise . Last refurbished in the 1990's, Raffles harks back to when a holiday home was just stuff from your own home , a little mismatched but comfortable . The pool and BBQ area are modern and great for entertaining . Unfortunately there are no lifts and no porters to help with moving luggage . However the supermarket is just around the corner, and patrolled beach is up the street. Buses are handy to airport and theme parks shopping centres and Jupitors casino .

- Rooms. The window curtains didn't even fit the windows
- Walls need a paint, shower could do with a new screen, and replace the taps they all leak
