- Close to airport and a clean, nice hotel
- They checked us into the wrong room (it had one double and we had booked two doubles as we were traveling with 4), and were hesitant to fix it.

- There is a bed after a 22hr flight with late checking and shuttle
- No room service. One 2/3empty vending machine and no change for it at reception. Room was hot and stuffy
- Buffet breakfast only available to large groups. Shuttle service is very limited within auroirt
