- Dinner in the Thia restaurante was below par and poor service

- Very helpful staff, awesome location at the top of Patong Beach. Good clean rooms and nice pools. Very nice hotel and would go back for sure.
- Staff in the pool bar were a bit miserable - very surprising!
- Hourly free minibus to the main Patong shopping centre. Great views of the city. Prompt, helpful resort staff.
