Dear Marlies, thank you for your review and your positive rating. I am glad your family liked our kids club with all its activities. Sorry for the mosquitos, especially during raining season we advise our guests not to leave the balcony or terrace door open. To miminize mosquitos in our tropcial setting we fog our premises twice a week and also put an anti mosquito spray into each guest room. - Lack of internet access, bathroom smell a bit.
Dear Song Lim, thank you for your comment on your stay with us. Please take my apologies that our free internet access was not available in certain areas and times due to the heavy rains in Bali in January. This effected the rooms on the Garden Wing, free internet was still availabe at the lobby, bar and internet corner. I am sorry for this inconvenience. It is all sorted out now again and our guests can enjoy free internet everywhere in our resort. Best regards Alexander Poindl, General Manager
